Because it was clearly not my fault, my case was an easy win, therefore 99.99% of the attorneys I talked to only care about getting me to employ them asap. They would also pretend they know about motorcycles (I know they're pretending because the stuff they're saying is highly inaccurate, honestly I could care less if they don't know anything about bikes, all I wanted was my medical bills handled and getting compensated accurately, that's all), cut me off when I'm trying to explain the situation, and don't even pay attention to what I was saying so I have to continuously repeat myself. Fortunately I came across Demas Law Group and spoke with Attorney Tim Spangler, he was very attentive, didn't just blindly give me his legal opinion based on my answers to a couple questions like the other attorneys I talked to, and only provided sound legal advice after he has gone over the police report to understand the situation fully. Unfortunately, the scale of my case wasn't big enough for his law firm, but even though I wasn't going to be his client, he still gave me very educated legal advice, and answered any questions and concerns I have without sugar coating. He then recommended me to his former colleague Attorney Matt Young, and because I had such a pleasant experience with Attorney Tim Spangler, I trusted his recommendation and met with Attorney Matt Young. Attorney Matt Young is very educated and gave no bs as well, not only is he a personal injury attorney, but he's also a police officer, so double educated with the law and how things work! He was great during our consultation so I decided to hire him as my attorney! Not only did he explained how he planned to execute my case, throughout the process he also updates me in a timely manner! Originally my case was expected to take 1.5-2 years, however he was on top of his game and has everything handled within 6 months. But just because he was quick, that doesn't mean he skimmed through and half ass-ed the process. He was very attentive and make sure I was not taken advantage of by the at fault party, nor by any medical institution who had liens on my case. You also don't have to worry where is the money going, because he provides an itemized bill on where every cent went at the end of the case, which as someone who is super detail oriented, I very much appreciate the detail-ness and transparency! Hopefully I will never get into a serious enough accident again that requires me to hire a personal injury attorney, but if unfortunately I do, Attorney Matt Young will definitely be my first choice!Posted on Google

If Matt Young takes you on as a client, he will fight for your case and will make every effort to get you the best results. First off, it's a plus to be able to meet your attorney in person to discuss the case. Make sure you are prepared when you discuss your case with him. Keep all your documents in order; doctor's letters, police report, treatments and receipts, etc. I brought my case to Matt two years ago, I was a victim of severe rear-end collision by a DUI driver (my car was completely totaled). The other driver was found at fault, he was severely intoxicated and I later found out he was also heavily armed at the time. Thankfully Law Enforcement responded quickly to the scene, he was arrested and later convicted. As a result of the collision, I suffered severe injuries that required a multitude of treatments and will require I maintain a treatment plan for years to come. Matt was extremely supportive and helpful in providing guidance in terms of documenting injuries and seeking treatment. Matt explained the legal process thoroughly and provided a realistic time frame. He ensured all the proper paperwork was submitted to the other parties insurance as well as mine (I had under insurance motorist coverage-highly recommended). Matt was respectfully aggressive/professional with the other parties insurance when they counter offered with an unfair settlement. Although it was a long drawn out process and I relived the trauma of that day, Matt continually kept me informed of the progress and was always available to answer my questions and/or hear my concerns. Because of my inexperience, and the difficulty associated with slip and fall suits, I was rejected by half a dozen firms before receiving a referral to Matt Young. Matt Young was truly the best case scenario. He was flexible with his schedule, allowing me to come in over the weekend so as not to lose more PTO. We met up quickly and I laid everything out. He was careful to explain the difficulty in winning these cases and the timeline to be expected - saying it could be up to 3 years before I got resolution. I was so ecstatic just to have someone that didn't dismiss my injury entirely, but Matt was motivated to win for me and a weight was immediately lifted. I signed his terms and to my surprise, it wasn't more than three months before I heard back from him. He had filed a lawsuit and the other attorney already wanted to talk settlements. It's now less than six months since my surgery and I have a check in hand that FAR exceeds what I sought initially. Matt was a bulldog, who exhibited integrity, perseverance and a genuine care for my circumstances. In addition, he lowered his attorney fee by several THOUSAND due to the case being settled so quickly. I hope all those other attorneys that rejected me take a page from Mr. Young's book. The fact that he only practices this type of law makes him so knowledgeable and in our opinion, the best person for the job. He was very efficient in resolving my mom's ongoing claim for the best possible result . Not only was he very personable, he made the entire legal process very seamless and easy to understand. Thanks to his expertise and recommendations, we were able to solve this matter relatively quickly all while attaining an agreeable outcome. I was beyond impressed with Mr. Young's manner, professionalism, and knowledge. Less than 30 minutes after our telephonic consult (he offered Zoom too, but I chose phone), he went to the scene of the accident for a better understanding of what occurred. He took on my case when it appears that my case was getting more complicated and it could drag on for a while. To my pleasant surprise, Matt was very capable and professional, and got my case moving very quickly.
